Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Ask your AI assistant: “Cancel my Funlet subscription.” Funlet will open the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel.
- How do I stop receiving text messages?
- Reply STOP to any Funlet text message. You will be opted out immediately.
- How do I delete my Funlet account?
- Ask your AI assistant: “Delete my Funlet account.” Or email privacy@funlet.ai with the subject “Delete my data.”
- Funlet is on which platforms?
- Funlet works inside Slack, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and any AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
