How do people respond?
Invitees get a text with the event details and response buttons: Yes, No, and Maybe for invitations, or time options for polls. No app, no link, no login. Invitees tap to respond right from the text. Organizers see live results in event details as responses come in, and invitees can see who's coming, with declines hidden.
